These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You"), and Kompastoto (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), with respect to your access to and use of the Kompastoto online betting and gaming platform available at https://kompastoto.cam (the "Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Kompastoto platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on Kompastoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by Kompastoto for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You possess and will use only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

When registering an account on the Kompastoto platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify Kompastoto support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Kompastoto will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Account sharing, lending, or transfer to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• All registration details must match your official identification document (MyKad for Malaysian citizens, or valid passport for non-citizens).

Kompastoto reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration.

All financial transactions on the Kompastoto platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC)

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.
• Kompastoto does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for most payment methods under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–30 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds may be held pending successful identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the Kompastoto account.
• Kompastoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the Kompastoto platform. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules may be published separately within the relevant betting markets and shall be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• All bets must be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds from a verified account.
• Bets are not accepted from persons acting as agents for third parties or from any organisation engaged in professional bet-broking.
• Kompastoto reserves the right to void any wager placed at an odds price that was manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure ("palpable error"). Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such circumstances.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event outcome.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Kompastoto may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice.
• Any wager placed after the official start time of an event — where Kompastoto's systems did not accept the bet before kick-off or commencement — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Kompastoto offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other sports as made available from time to time.

From time to time, Kompastoto may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified within the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Kompastoto reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kompastoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulated wagering.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with or placing bets on behalf of any third party.

Kompastoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Violation of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a verified third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds and pending investigation outcomes) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC and any ongoing investigations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 1–3 business days.

All content on the Kompastoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Kompastoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content without prior written consent.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from platform materials.
• Use any Kompastoto branding, logos, or trademarks without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kompastoto, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from betting outcomes or gaming results.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any reliance on information provided on the platform regarding odds, statistics, or match data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kompastoto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Kompastoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary, Kompastoto collects and processes personal data — including your name, identification number, contact details, and transaction history — solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and at rest using AES-256 encryption. You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

Kompastoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Any disputes arising between a Player and Kompastoto shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.

Kompastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's account.

The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the Kompastoto platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
